Dr. Rigby was raised in Reno, Nevada where he learned to love skiing, hiking, snorkeling and other outdoor pursuits; especially at beautiful Lake Tahoe. He served a mission for his church in Buenos Aires, Argentina for two years where he learned to speak Spanish fluently. After completing his degree at Brigham Young University he entered the University of Colorado School of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2003. He then spent four years in the Air Force. During the first year, at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia, he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency, where he received training in intravenous sedation, wisdom teeth removal, implant placement, denture design, root canal treatment, orthodontics and many other advanced treatment techniques.
