Dr. Scott Francis and Dr. Hunter Francis have been practicing dentistry for a combined total of over 54 years. After each spent time practicing dentistry in the United States Navy, they have practiced together at Nickerson Plaza since 1992. Their practice has grown to one which provides full service dental care for all ages, from children to older adults. Services provided include cosmetic dental care (reshaping of teeth, bonding, porcelain veneers, all-ceramic crowns and bridges), teeth whitening, non-surgical treatment of periodontal disease (including anti-microbial treatments), restorative treatment (including tooth-colored restorations for posterior teeth), root canals, prosthetic treatments (including crowns, bridges, removable partial dentures and full dentures), restoration of implants (including very cosmetic treatments for anterior teeth), fabrication of dentures over implants (for extra stability), extractions, and emergency care. Our office has a particularly strong emphasis on preventive care and our hygienists work hard to educate and guide our patients toward dental health, in addition to providing outstanding cleaning of teeth. Proper dental care is now more important than ever, as information becomes available highlighting the connections between poor oral health and heart disease, diabetes, and other systemic diseases. We strive to make each visit a comfortable, caring experience as we work toward better dental health for our patients.
