Dr. Faye Kostidis, D.D.S., graduated in 2000 from Indiana University with a degree in Biology, then continuing to obtain her medical degree in dentistry from Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, Indiana in 2004. She has since then been practicing and providing quality and comprehensive care to her patients. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, and the Northwest Indiana Dental Society.
