He has special interests in oral medicine and adult orthodontic treatment with Invisalign. Dr. Varney is on the medical staff and regularly sees patients at Sibley Memorial and Suburban Hospitals. He keeps current in all of the latest advances in the dental field by attending numerous continuing education courses and is a member of several study clubs. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Maryland Dental School. He was born and raised in Bethesda, Maryland, and graduated from Walter Johnson High School. He and his family now reside in Kensington. His outside interests include competing marathons and spending time with his wife and two sons.
