We recognize that emergency situations may occur and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. If an emergency arises while the office is closed, please call 443-512-0444 and a live operator will immediately alert the doctor who is on call. If an emergency arises during normal office hours, please call the office as early in the day as possible. We reserve special times for patients with emergency needs and you will be seen as quickly as possible. Financial Arrangements We provide payment options to accommodate your dental needs. Fees and financial arrangements, including dental insurance benefits, will be arranged before treatment begins. We accept most major insurance plans, all major credit cards and offer payment plans with approved credit. Insurance Benefits We are proud "In Network" providers of many insurance plans, including: CarefirstBlue Cross and Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Metlife, Aetna, Cigna, United Concordia among others. We will do our best to see that you receive your maximum insurance benefits for all covered services, however, please note that dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your care. Most dental insurance plans include co-insurance, a deductible and other expenses which are not covered. Also you should be aware that the total fee, regardless of your insurance, is ultimately your responsibility. Please bring in your insurance plan information and we will make every effort to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled.
