Dr. Blake Childers, originally from Louisville, Kentucky, is a General Dentist that has been providing quality dental care to patients in multiple disciplines for over 30 years. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1981 and proceeded to serve in the U.S. Army for 16 years. During his service, Dr. Childers’ completed his General Residency at Womach Army Medical Center in 1982 and received numerous awards including the Expert Field Medical Badge, Solomon Honor Graduate Award, Army Commendation Medal, Sinai Deployment Medal and the Army Commendation Medal Haiti Deployment Award. Dr. Childers’ is an active member of the Academy of General Dentists and when he is not practicing dentistry he enjoys golfing, snow skiing and spending time with his family.
