Clinic Introduction

A native of Syracuse, NY, Dr. King has lived in the Atlanta area for over twenty years. Following graduation from Chattahoochee High School in Alpharetta, he attended The University of Georgia (UGA), earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. While at the University of Georgia he was a member of Sigma Phi Epsilon, where he held many leadership positions. Following graduation, Dr. King attended dental school at The Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University formerly known as The Medical College of Georgia. He was then selected for a General Practice Residency Program in Augusta, GA where he received extensive training in IV sedation, dental extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, and the management of medically complex patients.Dr. King is an active member of the Georgia Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He also volunteers his time as a part time clinical instructor at The Dental College of Georgia where he assists in teaching residents implant dentistry and providing comprehensive dental care to patients. Dr. King is actively involved with Leukemia and Lymphoma Societys Light the Night Program, where he served as a team leader and advocate since 2000. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, boating, sports of any kind, and participating in continuing education. Dr. King is an avid sports fan of Syracuse University and The University of Georgia.
