I would like to introduce myself, Dr. Susan Abeldt, and my brother, and new associate, Dr. Philip J. Abeldt. We were raised in Lodi, and both of us are graduates of University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. As a sisterbrother team, with over 40 years combined experience, we will bring a great variety of specialties to our office, having had additional training in the areas of pediatric dentistry, oral sedation, implants, oral surgery, nutrition, and Invisalign. Both of us are members of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento District Dental Society. I am a member of DOCS Education (Conscious Oral Sedation), and an Associate Member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. I was a college professor and taught foods, nutrition, and dietetics classes at Ohlone Community College in Fremont, Ca. Dr. Phil is a Commander in the United States Navy Reserve, and is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Association of Military Surgeons of the United States, Academy of Dentistry International, and International College of Dentists. He has been an effective leader within the ADA, CDA, CDA Foundation, and The Dentist Insurance Company. He owned a private dental practice in Lodi for 26 years. Through the years, both Dr. Phil and I have actively supported community non-profit organizations. Dr. Phil and I look forward to serving the community and building lasting relationships with all of you.
